Dev earned in 1989 an upper second class Batchelor of Science degree in Pharmacy at John Moores University in Liverpool. After a further twelve months’ postgraduate training he achieved Membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of G.B. Since 1990 Dev has practised pharmacy in the community sector with a special interest in Clinical Pharmacy and Medicine Management.

Dev, in 1995, completed a five year postgraduate Diploma in Homoeopathic Medicine which comprised of a comprehensive study of the practice and philosophy of Homoeopathy, Pathology, Medicine, Differential Diagnosis, Anatomy and Physiology.

Dev has also, in 1996, attained Fellowship of the British Institute of Homoeopathy and in 2000 a Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnotherapy and Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

In 2000 Dev attained a PhD in Homoeopathic studies along with becoming a certified trainer of NLP and a certified stress management trainer.

Since January 2001 Dev has also been working for the National Council of Hypnotherapy as their Corporate Development Officer/Primary Care Advisor and for Stockport Health Authority as Consultant in Complimentary Medicine (Complimentary Medical Advisor).

Dev has lectured on various courses in Homoeopathy, Medicine and pathology and has also written courses in Medicine, Pathology, Differential Diagnosis, Anatomy and Physiology, particularly for students of complimentary medicine.

Dev is a professional member of the following organisations:

  3. The National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming

  4. The Association of Natural Medicine

  5. The Counselling and Psychotherapy Society
